Regarding multivitamins, they are of definite benefit if you&#039;re not getting all of the vitamins you need through your regular diet.  If you are getting what you need via normal food, they multivitamin does you no good.

		<description>There is no doubt that feeling good mentally leads to feeling good physically in many cases.  But if you are really really sick, then positive thinking won&#039;t cure you.  I think the placebo effect is due to two things-- 1) people&#039;s bodies fight off infection and disease and so this natural healing is attributed to the placebo, and 2) positive expectancy of good health and getting better does make you feel better sooner than you would &quot;feel better&quot; if you are feeling negative.
